Sound Healing is a non-invasive, vibrational healing system that uses stainless steel and aluminium tuning forks.
The particular system of sound healing that I practice was developed by Peter Goldman who is an osteopath, naturopath, and erstwhile director of White Lodge, Centre for New Directions in Tunbridge Wells. My tutor and friend, Safar Wisby, studied at White Lodge for some years, under Peter Goldman, and later took Sound Therapy to Mexico where she instigated trainings. She has recently started teaching in the UK.
